1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hyrycyk.com, operated by KEY STONE FARMS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U01114HR2018PTC075147), Panipat, Haryana, India. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a physical or digital signature.
2. What we do
We are an agricultural company that grows and supplies farm produce such as wheat, mustard, pulses, millets and maize, mainly to businesses (flour mills, oil mills, traders and processors). The website is for information and enquiries. Prices are not displayed online; every sale is made against a written quotation or proforma invoice.
3. Quotations and orders
- Quotations are given per quintal (100 kg), exclusive of GST and freight unless stated otherwise, and are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation. Agricultural prices move with the mandi, so an expired quotation may be revised.
- An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing (email or WhatsApp is sufficient) and any agreed advance has been received.
- Specifications such as moisture, foreign matter and broken grain are given within normal trade tolerances for natural produce. Minor variation in colour, size or grain shape is natural and is not a defect.
4. Weighment, delivery and risk
The weight recorded on the weighbridge slip at loading in Panipat is the basis for invoicing, unless agreed otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, harvest timing, transport availability or government restrictions. Unless agreed otherwise, risk in the goods passes to the buyer when they are loaded onto the buyer’s or the nominated transporter’s vehicle.
5. Payment
Payment is accepted only by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI) to the bank account in the name of KEY STONE FARMS PRIVATE LIMITED. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If you receive such a request, please verify by calling +91 77538 96864 before paying.
6. Use of the website
Content on this website, including text, logo and design, belongs to the Company. You may view it for your own information but may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false information through our forms.
7. Limitation of liability
Information on this website is provided in good faith but may not always be complete or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order.
8. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including flood, drought, hailstorm, crop failure, pest attack, strikes, transport disruption or orders of any government authority.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to settle any dispute amicably. Subject to that, the courts at Panipat, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
